He had a quiet night against ECU last week but that's an elite rush defense that held Michigan to just 121.2 rushing yards and 3.9 YPC earlier this season. The week before that he torched Charlotte for 150 yards on 11 carries and got half the night off. He ran for 42 yards on 8 carries against TCU 3 weeks ago but game script against a superior team dictated that.
Still, he's gone over this total in 3 of his 5 games. He opened the season with 64 yards against Louisiana Tech and followed that up with 76 yards against Oklahoma. He's averaging 5.8 yards per carry and SMU as a team averages 157.8 rushing yards per game.
