After making several star acquisitions, the new-look Predators have been a huge letdown this year going (6-10-3) while being the 30th-ranked scoring team. Expect fans to be let down again tonight against the Kraken. First-choice keepers Joey Daccord and Juuse Saros are expected in the net tonight and have had similar production this year. Daccord has a 2.51 GAA and .918 SV% while Saros has a 2.55 GAA and .914 SV%. The difference between these goalies lies in the support they have received from their teams, as Daccord's performance has resulted in an (8-3-1) record, while Saros is (5-8-2). The Kraken have the 12th-best goals-against average compared to the Predators' 18th-best. Offensively the Kraken are ranked 19th in goals for, a major leap compared to the 30th-ranked Predators. Expect more of the same tonight as the Predators fail to produce goals and fail to support their goalie, leading to a home win for the Kraken.
