The NYJ rank 2nd in passing yards allowed per game at 168.6. They've also allowed just 136.7 per game over their last 3. They faced the 1st, 7th, and 16th ranked offenses in passing yards per game during that span. Flacco's been slinging it since joining CLE and to Amari Cooper specifically but the NYJ secondary is more than capable of blanketing a not so great receiving corps. The Jets are also plenty familiar with Flacco's game because he spent the previous 3 seasons with NY. WR Elijah Moore was also drafted by the Jets in 2021 before being traded to CLE before the year began.
The Jets inept offense has a tendency to slow games down. The Browns defense should have their way against them, especially playing at Home. Offensive gameplans are often conservative against the Jets. NY has a good pass rush and an elite pass defense but they allow the 24th most rushing yards per game.
