Great value and a great opportunity to buy low on a solid New Mexico team. Yes, they’ve lost their last four and SJSU has won back-to-back but that’s why they’re +1.5 tonight. And despite back-to-back wins, SJSU lost to an 8-14 Fresno State team the game prior. Vegas is course correcting SJSU’s 18-8 (69.2%) ATS record this season. Those type of numbers just don’t hold up. This NM team is much better than they’ve played recently, evident by a 14-0 start to the season picking up some quality wins. This is the perfect get right spot, they beat SJSU by 20 last time and are 5-2 SU and ATS L7 meetings with SJSU. They have the size needed inside with Udeze to match-up with SJSU’s 7 Foot center Ibrahima Diallo. Something most Mountain West teams don’t have. Then they have one of the best backcourt duos in CBB outside of the Power 5 in J. House and J. Mashburn Jr. They each had 20 in the 77-57 win over SJSU on January 17th while Udeze had 17. Lobos end their streak against a friendly foe.
