2:20pm est: Cubs ML +145 (2 Units)

Max Fried makes his 6th start of the season for Atlanta. He faces Cubs bats that are just on fire. If he isn't sharp today they'll take advantage. They have the #1 offense since the All-Star break with a .912 OPS and are averaging 7.5 runs per game. They also upgraded by adding Jeimer Candelario earlier this week. He's 9 for 12 with a pair of walks through 3 games with the Cubs.

Kyle Hendricks starts for Chicago and he leads Major League Starters in hard hit rate allowed. He can struggle at times when pitching at home due to Wrigley's intense wind. He allows a few too many homeruns when the winds blowing out. Fortunately for Hendricks there's near 13 MPH winds blowing directly in from Center. He hasn't allowed more than 3 ER in any game in which he doesn't let up a homerun. His ERA at home when he doesn't allow the long ball is 3.13. Easier said then done against an ATL Braves team that leads the league in Homeruns but they'll need some extra muscle to get it out today. The wind has a greater impact at Wrigley than any other MLB stadium.

Hendricks doesn't allow very many hard hit balls and he's made 3 straight quality starts. The Cubs are the hottest team in baseball right now with a + starter on the Mound. Hendricks just has to keep them in it. The Cubs red hot offense will break through at some point.

6:40pm est: Reds Runline -1.5 +110 (3 Units)

Tough spot for Patrick Corbin. He's struggled on the road, pitching to a 5.43 in 10 starts, surrendering 14 Homeruns. He now goes on the road into Great American Ballpark, the best stadium for hitting Homeruns. He faces a Reds team that crushed him July 4th. Corbin's stat line: 5IP, 6 ER, 2 HR, 1 HB, 3 BB. This Reds offense has scored 6 or more runs in 5 of it's last 7 games too.

Graham Ashcraft starts for the Reds. He has a 1.75 ERA over his last 6 starts. In his last 3 home starts combined he's pitched 18.2 innings while allowing just 4 Runs. He pitched 6 innings and allowed 1 Run to the Nationals on July 5th. That was before they traded their best offensive player. Last year he made his only other career start against the Nationals and pitched 7 innings of 1 run ball. The Nationals have hit just .227 with a .607 OPS in their last 5 games.
