BAL SP Kyle Bradish has been Elite. 1.87 ERA in his last 7 starts and .47 ERA through 3 July Starts. He hasn't allowed a Run in back to back starts and allowed just 1 ER the start prior. In his most recent start he surrendered just 3 Hits across 7.1 shutout innings. He made 1 start against TB earlier this year, allowing 2ER across 5 IP. The Rays offense has been struggling, averaging just over 3 runs per game since the All-Star Break. They haven't scored more than 3 runs in 4 straight games. They also came out of the All-Star Break against the Royals, who rank 28th in ERA. They've lost 5 straight games.
Zach Eflin takes the mound for TB and he hasn't been too sharp. The Lowly KC Royals put up 5 runs on him across just 3 innings in his most recent start. The start going into the All-Star Break wasn't too great either. 5 innings, 2 ER. He made 1 start vs BAL earlier this season and gave up 4 ER on 6IP. The Rays bullpen has been better following an awful first month of the season but they're still sitting just above league average.

Rockies roll out Peter Lambert to start today. They've been hit with injuries and are patching starts together with their bullpen. Lambert's made 1 start this year, his most recent outing and it was 3 scoreless innings. Outside of that he's been used as a reliever. Ideally he tosses another few innings before giving way to the rest of the bullpen. They had the day off yesterday, bullpen's ready to go. He has a 3.77 ERA when pitching on the road this year. The Marlins offense is also struggling, averaging 3.5 Runs per game since the Break. They have lost 6 straight games since the Break.
Braxton Garrett starts for MIA, he has a 5.87 ERA in 3 July Starts. He also owns a 5.28 ERA when pitching at Home. He's allowed 3 ER in back to back home starts and 3ER+ in 3 straight starts. The Rockies have struggled against Lefties this season but that happens when you're without your two best Right Handed Bats. CJ Cron and Kris Bryant have both missed extended periods of time. They're back and in today's lineup. Cron has OPS of 1.223 since the Break.
