He gives the Cubs a chance to win just about every time he takes the Mound. Orioles SP Dean Kremer is making his 2nd start since returning from the IL. He tossed 5 scoreless in Seattle in his first start back. He has a 2.73 Road ERA compared to a 5.73 ERA at Home this season. He also allowed14 Runs across 8.2 IP in his 3 Rehab starts at AAA. BAL's plated 26 runs and CHI 27 through 6 July games. The Cubs have the SP edge, and their weaker bullpen is fresh from a day off yesterday.

2 Run Blown Save in the 9th kept us from cashing on Arizona last night but we're backing them again. Sale was scratched from last night's start, getting bumped to today. We like Arizona's offense against him for all the same reasons we did yesterday. Arizona rolls out their Ace Zac Gallen. Gallen has a 1.72 ERA in 6 Home starts this year and posted a 2.47 ERA in 16 Home starts last year. He's dominant at Home and he recorded a quality start in each of his 2 starts against a much better 2023 Braves offense.
