3 Picks... 4:05PM EST: Padres ML -115 (3U). SD SP Michael King had consistency issues earlier this season, but he's allowed 1ER or less in 8 of his last 10 starts. He allowed 2 and 5 runs in the outliers. He's also allowed just 1ER in 4 straight. His first start out of the break he allowed just 1 run on 2 hits over 7IP at Cleveland. The O's offense is scuffling and ranks 19th in OPS in the Month of July. They were leading the league in OPS prior to this Month but LA has supplanted them.

BAL SP Dean Kremer has a 4.74 ERA after 4 July Starts but has tallied just 19 innings pitched. He's also opened July with a 5-inning shutout but has allowed 12 runs (10 earned) over his last 3. He came out of the break and allowed 3ER across 5.1IP @ Texas. He has a 6.16 ERA at Home this season and his ERA was nearly .6 points higher at home last year as well.

San Diego's playing well, winning 6 straight going into today. Their pitching and bullpen locks it down when their offense doesn't show up and vice versa. It's the opposite of Baltimore who's lost 4 of their last 5 and nearly 5 straight after squandering a 5 run lead in the 8th and 9th against Miami on Thursday.

4:10PM EST: CIN/TB Under 8 (2 Units).

CIN SP Andrew Abbott has a 2.92 ERA in 11 road starts. He's allowed 2ER or less in 15 of 20 starts this season and 1ER or less in 3 of his last 4. TB has scored 11 or less in 7 of their last 11 games and they just traded away one of their best hitters in Randy Arozarena. TB SP Zach Littell has a 3.36 ERA in 10 Home Starts, allowing 3ER or less in 9 of them. Nobody on TB has faced Abbott before and there's just 5 combined at bats against Littell on Cinci. Both bullpens are in phenomenal shape with everyone available outside of Tampa's Jason Adams.

6:10PM: Twins ML -110 (3 Units).

Aces on the mound with Joe Ryan and Tarik Skubal. Ryan has a career 1.02 ERA at Detroit and is backed by a bullpen that's been lights out of late. It's also fresh with everyone available after a day off Thursday and a 7-inning gem from Pablo Lopez yesterday. DET SP Tarik Skubal is arguably the best in baseball, but Minnesota put up 3 runs on him on July 2nd. Minnesota's 1st in OPS against LHP this year. MIN is 3-1 their L4 while Detroit is 1-1 their L4. Tigers are likely sellers and may reserve some relievers tonight if they're actively shopping them.
