6:40PM EST: LAD/PIT Over 9 (4 Units). LAD SP Walker Buehler has struggled since returning from a long injury absence. He has a 4.32 ERA through 5 starts. He surrendered 4 runs on 6 hits and 4 walks at Home vs Colorado his last time. He escaped a bases loaded jam with 1 out in the 1st inning or that games busted open early. The Pirates bats are swinging it well, scoring 8 or more in 3 of their last 6 games. The Left-Handed Bailey starts for Pittsburgh and he's thrown well. This Dodgers lineup is bound to break through as they look to avoid the sweep and they're 2nd in OPS vs LHP this year. All 3 of the Pirates top relievers through back-to-back days as well, leaving a depleted bullpen.
7:05PM EST: MIN/NYY Over 8.5 (3 Units). Pablo Lopez turned in a good start in Houston his last time out but allowed 6 and 7 ER in the starts prior. He faced the Yankees at Home 4 starts back, allowing 3 runs over 6.1IP, escaping damage as he allowed 10 hits. NY hasn't scored less than 5 runs over their last 6 games and are averaging 7 runs per game over that span. Marcus Stroman is among the luckiest in baseball with a 4.33 xERA compared to his 2.73 ERA. He shutout the Twins on May 15th but was his luckiest then, allowing just 2 hits despite 10 Hard-Hit balls. Both offenses took good at bats vs these starts just a few weeks ago and get another crack at them today.
7:07PM EST: COL/STL Under 7.5 (2 Units).
Cal Quantrill struggled to locate anything other than his fastball in LA his last time out and the Dodgers cashed in. He had been one of baseball's best over the last Month and a Half and finished May with a 1.71 ERA. We like him to lock back in today against and underwhelming Cardinals lineup. Sonny Gray has a .93 ERA at Home. He's allowed just 3 combined ER and had 3 scoreless Home outings under his belt. The Rockies offense has cooled considerably and are 26th in OPS on the road.
