They're 26th in OPS over the last week, scoring 14 combined runs in their last 6 games. NYM SP Luis Severino has a 2.0 ERA in 6 Home Starts. ARI is 25th in OPS vs RHP. Arizona is dead last in OPS over the last week, scoring just 9 combined runs in their last 6 games. Both bullpens have been terrible of late which is why we're playing the First 5 innings.

8:10PM EST: Royals ML +120 (3 Units).

Going back his last 3 starts, SD SP Dylan Cease has allowed 4, 5, and 3 runs (16.1 IP). He's allowed a combined 22 hits and 3 Walks in those 3 starts. He hasn't been nearly as sharp as he was earlier this season and this Royals offense has scored 5 or more runs in 11 of their last 13 games, and 6 in each of their last 2.

KC starter Michael Wacha has recorded 4 straight Quality Starts and hasn't allowed more than 2ER in any, good for a 2.52 ERA. San Diego scored 7 combined runs in their 3-Game set at Home against the Marlins and 6 combined in their 3-game home stand against the Yankees the series prior. The Royals are 21-8 at Home this year and getting them +Money at Home regardless of the pitching matchup is just silly at this point.

10:10PM EST: Rockies ML +285 (3 Units).

Dakota Hudson has a 3.95 road ERA in 5 starts but has allowed 3ER or fewer in 4 of them. He's allowed 3 Runs or less in 3 straight starts. The Dodgers offense hasn't been great either, scoring 29 combined runs over their last 8 games. 21 of those came in 3 of the 8 games. Hudson hasn't faced the Dodgers since 2022, allowing a combined 4 runs across 2 games and 9.2 IP.

Walker Buehler is a premier pitcher when at the top of his game, but he just came back from multiple injuries, including the lengthy Tommy John recovery. This will be his 5 start of 2024. He last pitched in 2022. He has a 4.26 ERA so far this season, allowing 3 runs in 3 of his 4 starts. He's faced Colorado more than any team in baseball, throwing a combined 101.1 innings across 20 appearances. He has a less than stellar 4.17 ERA and this current Rockies roster has a .289 BA against him in 122 career plate appearances.

The Dodgers certainly have the bullpen advantage but both teams got the day off yesterday so the Rockies can call on their best guys. The Rockies just won back-to-back series against the Phillies and Guardians, two of the best teams in baseball. The Dodgers are coming off a sweep against the imploding Mets, but they dropped each of the 2 series prior. LA certainly deserves to be a favorite here but not this large of one.
