Both bullpens are also good, and their top halves are performing at an elite level. PHI SP Ranger Suarez has been one of the best in baseball and he's done it all season long. He has a 1.81 ERA in 13 starts, allowing 2ER or less in 10 of them. BAL SP Kyle Bradish has a 2.62 ERA in just 7 starts. He's struggled in his 3 Home starts, posting a 6.75 ERA compared to his .75 Road ERA. He has a 1.94 WHIP at Home and has labored in each start. Despite being on the road, we like the +110 value on Philly.
