Jordan Love's broken out in a big way the last few weeks and leading Green Bay's 3-Game win streak. He's thrown for 857 yards and 8 touchdowns on 74/108 (68.5%) passing. They just scored 27 points against Kansas City's 3rd ranked scoring defense last week. They scored 29 and 23 the two weeks prior against the Lions and Chargers. Even if you go back a 4th week in a Loss to the Steelers, GB scored 19 points and Love threw for 289 yards. He had 2 touchdowns but a pair of interceptions to go with it against a tough Steelers defense.
The Giants have the 26th ranked scoring defense and allow the 27th most yards per game. They rank 29th in opposing rushing YPG and are allowing 163 rushing YPG over the last 3 weeks. GB just ran the ball well against KC and are averaging over 4.5 yards per rush during this win streak. It opens up the entire offense and the Packers are scoring because of it.
The Packers defense just has a similar issue. Despite being the 11th ranked scoring defense, they're all the way down at 30th in opposing rushing YPG. It's part of the reason they never really shut anyone down. Opponents have scored at least 17 points in all but 1 game against GB this season. With one of the best running backs in the NFL to feed the ball too, the Giants should be able to move the ball and score points. They've gotten great QB play from Tommy Devito as well. He's thrown for 437 yards, and 4 touchdowns on 35/51 (68.6%) passing without an interception over the last 2 weeks.
