(2 Picks)

FOLLOW THE UNIT INSTRUCTIONS.

4:25PM EST: PHI/NYJ Over 42.5 (3 Units)

Some key injuries at play in this one. The Jets secondary is just decimated. No DJ Reed, Sauce Gardner, or Brandon Echols. That's both starting Cornerbacks and their first replacement. Going up against Philly with the lethal Brown and Smith WR duo, they're in trouble. It's pick your poison at this point for New York. Either leave your inexperienced corners out to dry or keep a light box and let Philly run all over you. The Eagles are the 2nd best rushing team in the NFL and the Jets run defense ranks 29th. Philly is going to live in the Red Zone today. Just a matter of punching it in and with that rushing attack, shouldn't be an issue.

On the opposite side the Eagles are without Darius Slay and Justin Evans, starting CB and Safety. They'll also be without the rookie phenom Jalen Carter. Carter's been one of the best defensive tackles in all of football and his absence will be sorely missed both as a run defender and as a pass rusher. This Philly pass defense has struggled enough as it is, allowing 247.6 passing yards per game. That ranks 25th in the NFL.

Should the Jets fall behind they should be able to play catch-up. Zach Wilson's completed over 70% of his passes in back to back weeks and has looked much better than he has at any point in his young career. The NYJ offensive line has played well since they rearranged it a few weeks ago and they won't have to worry about the Eagles sack leader. Plenty of talent and playmakers at the Jets disposal and Wilson's shown he can get the ball in their hands.

8:15PM EST: NYG/BUF Under 44 (3 Units)

The Giants are fighting for worst team in the league honors. Their offensive line is historically bad allowing 6 sacks per game. Now they face the Bills who lead the league with 4.2 sacks per game. It was a miracle Daniel Jones lasted as long as he did. Now he's out with a neck injury and it's Tyrod's turn to run for his life. Buffalo's one of the toughest places to play in and it's hard seeing the Giants score many points today. Tyrod may be able to make a play with his legs here and there but they just don't have the horses. Excluding their miracle comeback against the Cardinals, the Giants offense hasn't scored more than 12 points in a game. Don't be surprised if Tyrod can't even finish this game. He gets hurt pretty easily and will be taking shots all day long.

All things considered their defense has played pretty decent. Last week they let up 31 to Miami but this is a much friendlier match-up for Martindale's defense. He's a heavy blitzer that leaves his guys in a lot of 1 on 1 coverage. Against the speed of Miami that just isn't going to work. Buffalo isn't as explosive and isn't littered with HR threats like Miami is. The NYG defense held the Seahawks offense to just 17 points 2 weeks back. SF scored 30 on them a few weeks ago but they were on the field for over 39 minutes that game. The Giants offense had just 150 yards of total offense.

Giants offense is so bad we just need the Giants defense to provide some resistance. Not looking for them to shut down Josh Allen. Brian Daboll also knows this Bills team and system better than most. He was the Offensive Coordinator over there before getting the HC job with NY. He helped develop Josh Allen into who he is and the current Bills OC came up underneath in. These coaching staffs know one another's offenses very well.
