4:30PM EST: DEN/CIN Over 50 (4 Units).
The Bo Nix led Broncos are averaging 33.2 Points Per Game over their last 5. They put up 27 on the Chargers then #1 ranked scoring defense last week and that was in LA. The Bengals have the 28th ranked scoring defense. They had a decent day against the Browns last week but that's because DTR was their starting QB. They got lit up for 27 points by Mason Rudolph and the Titans 2 games back. Even the Cooper Rush led Cowboys scored 20 against them the week before that. They haven't played a competent offense and true starting QB in 3 straight and they're still getting scored on. Prior to those 3 games Cinci gave up 44 to the Steelers, 34 to the Chargers, and 35 to the Ravens. The Broncos will score some points here. The Broncos defense is good, but the Bengals have the 6th ranked scoring offense. The spots that Denver's defense has struggled with have come on the road and against elite passing teams. That's this exact spot. The Broncos elite run defense is only going to force Cinci to throw even more than they already do and they're 3rd in pass play rate as it is. That's going to draw out and extend this game.
8:10PM: Rams -6.5 (3 Units).
A win here and the Rams have a 99% chance of making the playoffs. A Loss and the Seahawks could bounce them the final week of the season. Control of your situation is all a team can ask for and we don't see McVay and Stafford squandering that chance. The Arizona Cardinals were just eliminated from the playoffs with an overtime loss at Carolina last week. There really isn't a worse way for a season to come crashing down. They were 6-4 before dropping 3 of their last 4. Kyler Murray's no great leader and their Head Coach's seat is getting warm. It's a division game but a win doesn't knock the Rams out so they can't even rally behind playing spoiler. All things considered we don't really see Arizona showing up but we expect 110% from LA.
