The Steelers return home after a couple road losses to Baltimore and Philly. They face another one of the NFL's best as they host the Chiefs but it's a better matchup for them. The Chiefs offense isn't nearly as potent as those two's. Pittsburgh's 5-1 at home overall but 4-0 with Russ at QB. They lead the league allowing just 15.5 PPG at Home. The Steelers have also been without leading WR George Pickens the last 3 games. He's off the injury report and good to go here. He's easily Russ's favorite target and comes down with 2 to 3 50-50 balls per game. It's a massive get back against a Chiefs defense that's 2nd in Blitz Rate. Spagnuolo loves to bring the heat in crucial situations and that leaves guys 1 on 1 in coverage. Russ made his career taking those deep shots in Seattle and that magic was quickly rekindled with Pickens in Pittsburgh. Of KC's 14 wins, 11 of them were 1 score games. Going into Pittsburgh on a short week is as tough a road trip as any.

4:30PM: Ravens -5.5 (3 Units).

The Ravens have the 3rd ranked scoring offense and we don't see the Texans defense doing much to slow them down. It's the Ravens improved defensive play that has them covering the number for us. After getting into a shootout with the Bengals 6 games back, the Ravens have allowed just 19.2 PPG. Even in the game prior to the 35-34 win over Cinci they allowed just 10 points to a good Broncos offense. Their pass defense has been the issue this year. They lead the league allowing just 3.6 YPC. Texans are an average running team, ranking 17th in rushing YPC and 18th in YPG. It'll be on Stroud to make this offense go and they just lost WR Tank Dell for the season after losing Stefon Diggs earlier this year. Houston still has some talent at the WR position but there's been a bit of a sophomore slump for Stroud as is. Dell went down against KC in a 16-17 game with just shy of 12 minutes left to play in the 3rd quarter. Houston scored just 3 points the rest of the day. On top of being without Dell and Diggs, they're down a starting Guard, DE, and their 2nd leading tackler due to suspension. Ravens are as healthy as they've been all season.
