2 Picks (7 Units).

9PM: Marquette -14 (3 Units).

Love this spot at Home coming off a road loss for the Golden Eagles. They had a 10 Point lead at the Half against Dayton before getting outscored 45-27 in the 2nd. Dayton's not a bad team and they matched up well with Marquette. They lead the nation turning the ball over just 8.6 times per game and turned it over just 7 times against Marquette. A lot of what Marquette does stems from their defensive ball pressure and forcing turnovers. Opponents average 16.3 turnovers per game against Marquette which is tied for 10th most. That also jumps to 18.4 at Home compared to 12.5 on the road. Should get back to their havoc wrecking ways against a Butler team that ranks 181st in turnovers per game. Golden Eagles are vastly superior on both ends, ranking 17th and 15th in offensive and defensive rating compared to Butler who ranks 63rd and 100 in those same categories. Just a matter of if they're in it for the full 40 minutes to cover the large number. With them coming off the tough loss and opening conference play up at home tonight we trust they will.

9PM: Michigan -4 (3 Units).

Jumpman Invitational continues at the Spectrum Center with Michigan and Oklahoma. Sooners are off to a nice 10-0 start, but they're still ranked 38th (KenPom) for a reason and it's because their SOS ranks 314th. Michigan's an older team and they've been tested with a SOS that ranks 48th. Size will be an issue here as Michigan starts a pair of 7 Footers. Oklahoma's biggest starter is 6'7. They do play a 6'10 Forward for 20 minutes but Michigan also brings in length off the Bench. Michigan's 57th in rebound rate against good competition compared to Oklahoma who ranks 170th. Oklahoma's biggest problem is defensive rebounding, ranking just 259th. Wolverines should dominate the glass and steal some extra possessions here. Even if OU has a good perimeter shooting night it's likely offset on the glass. OU's perimeter shooting and Michigan's perimeter defense are pretty evenly matched but it's always a bit more difficult shooting away from Home and OU relies on that 3-Ball. The Wolverines are 16th in defensive rating.
