NCAAB
1 Pick (3 Units).
6PM EST: Villanova +2.5 (3 Units).
The Pavilion is one of the tougher venues to go and visit in College Basketball. Jay Wright's been gone a few years and for all of Nova struggles since, they still play good basketball at Home. Villanova has the 4th best 3-PT shooting % in NCAAB and they shoot just shy of 41% at Home. St. John's is 198th in opponent 3-PT Rate and 158th in opponent 3-PT %. Nova's had some struggles defending the 3-PT Line but St. John's is 347th in 3-PT %. St. John's Deivon Smith is also questionable after tweaking his neck in practice Sunday. He didn't practice on Monday or Tuesday. He's the only Red Storm shooter left shooting above 30% from deep that averages at least 7 minutes per game. Smith also averages 4.1 assists and 1.8 steals per game. It's a major blow on both ends of the floor. These two did meet earlier this year with Nova losing on the road. It was a 1-point game with 3 minutes left to play before St. John's pulled away. Nova got into some major foul trouble and gave up 39 free throws. That'll level out at the Pavilion.
