BAL Free Pick: Keaton Mitchell Over 36.5 Rushing Yards.
Mitchell was set to be more involved in last week's game against CLE after exploding onto the scene with 9 carries for 138 yards in his first real game action against the Seahawks 2 weeks ago but CLE has one of the best run defenses in the NFL. BAL only ran for a combined 106 yards, 41 of which came from Lamar. Starting RB Gus Edwards had 11 carries for just 24 yards. Mitchell was the 2nd leading rusher amassing 34 yards on just 3 carries.
Much more run friendly match-up this week though. Cinci ranks 30th allowing 136.2 rushing yards per game and 31st allowing 5 yards per carry. The Texans just ran for 188 yards on the Bengals last week. Part of that because starting DE Sam Hubbard was out but Trey Hendrickson also went down. Both will be out of this contest once again. This is also a short week. Need the fresh legs on the quick turnaround and that also takes a load off of the starters.He's averaging 14.3 yards per carry on limited work this season, he's shown he doesn't need much.
