They have a .752 OPS over the last 15 days and are 12th in OPS since the All-Star Break. TOR SP Bowden Francis has allowed 7 runs across 9 IP in 2 appearances against BAL this year. The Orioles have a .306 BA and 1.092 OPS in 36 at bats against him. When Francis comes out it's the bottom of Toronto's bullpen after using their high leverage arms last night. It's a terrible bottom half after shipping off most of their best arms at the deadline.
